SimplyKaren.com offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipped in the United States over $75, not including tax. Orders totaling less than $75 will be charged only $6.95 shipping. Orders shipping to Canada will be charged $18.95 for all orders, even if the Canada shipping option is not selected.
We only ship in the United States & Canada at this time.
Delivery time is between 2-5 days. If you need your order sooner you can upgrade your shipping to Express on the shopping cart or order form for $22.00. Express orders will be processed within 2 business days, with a 1-2 day delivery time. |
Our Guarantee
If your not 100% satisfied you can return the item within 60 days of the purchase date, for a full refund of the purchase price...no questions asked. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item as soon as you decide not to keep the product. We regret that we do not refund the original shipping costs with the return. Please follow the simple instructions below:
1. Contact us to get a RA # (Return Authorization Number) to put on the package mailing address as shown below. You can email us at customerservice@simplykaren.com or call 315-339-7423, to get your RA#.
2. Place the item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product back. Secure any items that can leak out while shipping, like makeup etc., into a plastic bag.
3. Enclose a copy of your receipt or write your complete name and address, as it appeared on your order.

Return Refunds and Credits
We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return, if your return is received within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. We regret we are unable to refund the original shipping costs.
It takes up to 7 days to process the return and credit your account. Please note that your bank will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact customer service.
